Itinerary

Day 1: Rainbow Valley and Vallecito

Stop At: Valle Arcoiris, San Pedro de Atacama Chile
We start at 08:00 to 08.30 hours, We will travel west of San Pedro de Atacama to know the Domeyko Mountain Range, a spectacular formation that coexists in parallel to the Andes. First we will visit the Yerbas Buenas sector, of great historical relevance for its rock art, since it has one of the most important petroglyph groups in the region. The tour will transport us to the time of the indigenous caravans, adding historical and cultural value to the experience.
Then, and when crossing Matancilla, a sector rich in flora and fauna, we will find the Rainbow Valley, named for the variety of shades that can be seen in the surrounding hills: earth, reddish, brown, green, white and yellow colors . , which combined with white salts and blue sky, make up a unique place. Then we will visit the point of view where we will contemplate the Rainbow Canyon, where we will enjoy the landscapes that the desert offers us, including cultural and geographical history. of these places

Stop At: Cordillera de la Sal, San Pedro de Atacama 1410000 Chile
Vallecito.
We will pick you up at your accommodation to go to the Cordillera de la Sal, the same path that is followed to visit the Hidden Lagoons. This tour through Vallecito will allow us to know little explored places in the surroundings of San Pedro de Atacama, which give the sensation of being on the surface of the Moon. In the same way, we will visit ancient waterways of which there are still traces. Then, we will go to the abandoned bus or magic bus, as it is also known, where we will make a stop to see the landscape at sunset and take pictures. Later, you will enjoy a drink before returning to the city to finish our activity.

Day 2: Cejar Lagoon, Ojos del Salar and Tebenquinche

Stop At: Laguna Cejar, 20 KM from San Pedro de Atacama, San Pedro de Atacama Chile
We will visit a series of lagoons inside the Salar de Atacama, the largest salt flat in Chile. We will first visit the Ojos del Salar, two deep freshwater wells in the middle of the desert, where you can enjoy a refreshing bath. Then we will visit the Tebinquinche Lagoon, where we will walk along its path to appreciate the magnificent views, where the sky merges with the desert and the whiteness of the salt.
The tour continues in the famous Laguna Cejar and Laguna Piedra, surrounded by green and yellow grass that highlights the color of the water, contemplating a unique landscape of turquoise waters and volcanoes. In the latter we can enjoy a bath with which we will experience the floating effect, similar to that of the Dead Sea. To end the day, we will enjoy an aperitif watching the sunset with a view of these lagoons.
Only bathing is allowed in Laguna Piedra and Ojos del Salar. Swimming is not allowed in Laguna Cejar or Laguna Tebinquinche.

Day 3: Geyser del Tatio Tours

Stop At: Geyser del Tatio, 174a Caracoles, San Pedro de Atacama 1410000 Chile
We leave your hotel from 05:00 to 05:30 am.
On the tour to the Tatio Geysers we will leave at dawn from San Pedro de Atacama towards the Altiplano, climbing the hills and mountains of the Andes Mountains. After 1 hour and a half of travel, we will arrive at the Geysers, a unique natural spectacle in the world, with 80 smoking geysers at 4200 m altitude. Next to this natural setting, we will enjoy a breakfast replenishment, and then tour the geothermal field, surrounded by numerous steam columns. Also, it is possible to visit the rustic well that is within the same field.

On the way back to San Pedro de Atacama, we will make a stop at the Putana River, where we will observe the native flora and fauna of the place, and then make another stop in the town of Machuca, where it is possible to buy flame anticuchos, empanadas and other typical foods from the area Also if you wish you can take a bath in the 38 degree THERMAL Pool.
