6 Days Budget Camping Safari

Like to rough it? Feel like being in a thin sheet of nylon away from the lions passing through your campsite at night? On a budget? If so, then basic tent camping can be a superb way for you to enjoy the wonder of the game parks and reserves. On a basic tent camping safari, you will be accompanied by your guide and personal cook who will provide delicious meals for you throughout your journey. Campsites are quite comfortable with stunning views of the surrounding bush, solar-heated showers and eco-friendly toilets, and guards to watch over you at night. Tents, sleeping bags, and cots are provided, so all you will need is your backpack!

Itinerary

Day 1: Arusha - Tarangire

Stop At: Tarangire National Park, Tarangire National Park, Arusha Region
Leave from Arusha in the morning drive to Tarangire National park for game drive with picnic lunch box. Later drive to the campsite for dinner and overnight.
Duration: 7 hours

Day 2: Lake Manyara National park

Stop At: Lake Manyara National Park Tanzania
After breakfast at the camp, enter the Lake Manyara park for full day game drive. Overnight at the campsite.

Accommodation included: Overnight at Panorama Campsite

Day 3: Lake Manyara - Serengeti

Stop At: Serengeti National Park, Tanzania
After breakfast leave the camp to Serengeti for afternoon and sunset game drive.
Duration: 5 hours

Accommodation included: Overnight at Seronera Campsite

Day 4: Serengeti full day

Stop At: Serengeti National Park, Tanzania
Today will be a full day game drive in Serengeti searching for the herds of animals including migratory non-migratory.

Day 5: Serengeti - Ngorongoro

Stop At: Serengeti National Park, Serengeti National Park
Half day game drive in Serengeti, later move to Ngorongoro Conservation area for overight.

Accommodation included: Overnight at Simba Campsite

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha

Stop At: Ngorongoro Crater, Ngorongoro Conservation Area Tanzania
After early breakfast enter the crater floor for half day game drive. After lunch drive back to Arusha.
