6 Days Budget Camping Tanzania Safari Highlights

This is a package for travelers who has a limited number of days for a wildlife safari. It gives you an opportunity to explore Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater & you will visit the amazing Lake Manyara. Do not stress yourself because of the few numbers of days you have, it is possible to explore the North Circuit for 7 days. The tour will include a professional English-speaking safari guide.

Itinerary

Day 1: Lake Manyara National Park

Stop At: Lake Manyara National Park Tanzania
Today you will visit Lake Manyara National Park for a full day game drive. Stretching along the base of the Rift Valley escarpment it is home to giant fig trees, acacia woodlands, mahogany trees & grassy flood plains.

The contrasts of this area are simply breathtaking with its open plains, huge escarpment, Soda Lake, dense woodlands & distant volcanic peaks coming together in an area best described by Ernest Hemingway as “the loveliest I had seen in Africa”.

Animals such as buffalo, wildebeest, giraffes, mongoose, dik dik & zebra herds congregate on the grassy plains while the acacia woodland is home to the legendary tree-climbing lions & tusked elephants.

Day 2: Serengeti National Park

Stop At: Serengeti National Park, Serengeti National Park
Today the safari to Serengeti will start early in the morning soon after breakfast. After breakfast leaving the Camp going to Serengeti National Park, 3-4h30 min (238 km) drive up to Naabi Gate (Serengeti’s Gate). After arriving you will take your picnic lunch at Naabi Picnic Site then enter direct to the park for the afternoon and evening game drive. The park is famous for its Great Wildebeest Migration, Bug 5 (Lions, Rhino, Elephant, Buffalo and Leopards), Hippopotamus, Thompson Gazelle, Kory Bustards, Kopjes,

Day 3: Serengeti National Park

Early morning game drive Serengeti National Park, back for breakfast and relax. Later again proceed for a full day game drive with picnic lunches

Day 4: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro

Stop At: Ngorongoro Crater, Ngorongoro Conservation Area Tanzania
After breakfast you start the morning game drive in Serengeti and then you come back for the hot early lunch at the camp, park your staff and take them with you. This time we do on transit game drive to the Ngorongoro conservation area overnight at Karatu Simba Lodge. Enjoy game drive as you go.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater

Stop At: Ngorongoro Crater, Ngorongoro Conservation Area Tanzania
Early in the morning after breakfast, proceed directly to the Crater floor for a full day crater tour (lunch included). A Ngorongoro Crater is usually open grassland and includes a different kind of animals such as leopards, buffalo, zebras, black rhinoceroses, elephant, warthogs, gnu (wildebeests) grants and Thompsons gazelles and larger population of lions, except the giraffe, they are not founded in the crater because it’s difficult for them to walk due to the steepness of some sides of the crater. Day 6: Tarangire National Park

Stop At: Tarangire National Park, Tarangire National Park, Arusha Region
You will start your trip to Tarangire national park as you arrive you will enjoy animals, birds and plants life that exist in this park in the afternoon your guide will find you a nice place to have lunch and then proceed with your drive until in the evening you will drive back at Arusha town.
