Tanzania Safari Join Group

This safari features some of the popular Northern Circuit game parks. With the Best of Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara Safari travel in custom designed 4x4 safari vehicles with open roofs for game viewing. This is a small group seat-in-vehicle safari with a maximum of 6 travelers per vehicle, all with window seats. Traveling for 3- days, the safari includes meals, accommodation, park entry fees. A trip to Africa is not complete without a visit to view the wildlife in the famous national parks: Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara, and Tarangire. On safari, you can see giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, elephants, hippos, and a large variety of birds. Among the more rare treats are rhinos, leopards, cheetah, or a lion kill.

Itinerary

Day 1: From Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Stop At: Tarangire National Park, Tarangire National Park, Arusha Region
Breakfast at 7:30 am, You will be pick-up from 8:00 am, Departure at 8:30 am. Its 2 hours’ drive to Tarangire and you will have 6 hours game drive with pick-nick lunch inside the park. In the evening you will exit the park to Fig Tree Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Serengeti National Park

Stop At: Serengeti National Park, Serengeti National Park
Early breakfast around 6:30 in the morning. Set out for Africa best park and stunning views on the way to Serengeti. A scenic 4 hour game drive on route and pick nick lunch at Naabi Gate. After lunch have a game drive in the park and later proceed to your accommodation inside the park.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park

Stop At: Serengeti National Park, Serengeti National Park
Early game drive in the Serengeti National Park. Eastern Serengeti plains has an amazing landscape that resulted from the same tectonic forces that created the Great Rift Valley millions of years ago.
In the afternoon proceed for lunch at the campsite and proceed with game drive later on in the evening, drive Seronera Campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

Stop At: Serengeti National Park, Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, venture into the Serengeti’s wilderness corners for a full day of game viewing in the park. With a picnic lunch beside you, take your leisure while exploring this world heritage site, where earth’s largest concentration of plain game still roams free! In the late evening, drive to the Simba Campsite for rest, dinner, and overnight.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater

Stop At: Ngorongoro Crater, Ngorongoro Conservation Area Tanzania
After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive inside the crater. This is the best place in Tanzania to see black rhino as well as the pride of lions that include the magnificent black-maned males. There are lots of colorful flamingoes and a variety of water birds. Other game that you can see includes leopard, cheetah, hyena, other members of the antelope family, and small mammals. In the late afternoon drive toFig Tree Lodge for Dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Lake Manyara National Park

Stop At: Lake Manyara National Park Tanzania
The drive from the Fig Tree Lodge to Lake Manyara National park takes few minutes. This park a Rift Valley escarpment looms on the horizon forming an impressive backdrop to the lake. In the tall trees of the ground water forest, monkeys leap from branch to branch, and on the escarpment, elephants stand in the shade. Other animals frequently seen are zebras, impalas, monkeys, giraffes, buffalos, hippos, and others. In the late afternoon, drive back to the Tourist Inn Hotel in Arusha.
