This Tanzania six days safari includes the 3 most renowned Northern Park within Tanzania beginning in Lake Manyara, to Serengeti National Park and then Ngorongoro Crater – Tanzania’s gem, and among the greatest wildlife havens in the world.

The Serengeti National Park is connected with the Masai Mara Game Reserve in Kenya and stretches to Lake Victoria in the West. The name Serengeti originates from a Masai word ‘Siringet’, that means ‘endless plains’.

Itinerary

Day 1: Moshi Town - Lake Manyara National park

Pass By: Mount Kilimanjaro, Kilimanjaro National Park 40000 Tanzania
Pick up from your hotel at 0800 hrs and drive to Lake Manyara National park to arrive in good time for lunch at Lake Manyara. Proceed for afternoon game drives.

Dinner and overnight at the camp or Lodge at Lake Manyara.

Day 2: Serengeti National Park

Early morning proceed to Serengeti passing through Olduvai Gorge, the archeological site of the Leakey family. Meals and overnight the camp or at the Lodge.

Day 3: Serengeti National park(Hot Air Balloon)

Day 6: Ngorongoro crater – Kilimanjaro Airport or Moshi Town

After early morning breakfast, leavewith picnic lunch for a full day crater tour. You will be taken 2000ft down the crater by a 4wheel drive vehicle.

The Ngorongoro Crater is often called ‘Africa’s Eden’ and the ‘8th Natural Wonder of the World,’ a visit to the crater is a main drawcard for tourists coming to Tanzania and a definite world-class attraction. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA) is home of Ngorongoro Crater. It was formed some 2.5 million years ago from a volcanic mountain sinking due to inactivity, and was initially thought to be higher than Tanzania’s famous Kilimanjaro. The crater has evolved into a unique and integral part of Tanzania’s eco-system. The crater is actually a caldera, measures 22.5 km’s across and the rim walls stand 600m high. Views from within and from the rim are breathtaking.

You now drive back to Moshi for a long overdue hot shower, dinner descent bed and celebrations!!
