6 Days Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro & Manyara Joining Safari

This 6-day wilderness safari offers the experience to explore some of the best national parks and reserves of northern Tanzania.

From the Serengeti, home of the great annual migration, to the Ngorongoro Crater, the largest intact volcanic caldera in the world, this safari allows you to experience the real Africa. Also, visit Lake Manyara National Park and spot their famous tree-climbing lions.

Itinerary

Day 1: : Travel to Tarangire National park

Stop At: Tarangire National Park, Tarangire National Park, Arusha Region
After breakfast, you will begin your two-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Along the journey, you will pass by beautiful Maasai Villages and the open plain that become synonymous with images of Tanzania.
The tarangire river provides a regular visit of large herds of elephants as well as other wildlife such as Zebras, wildebeest, antelopes, and warthogs famously known as (Pumba) in the famous lion King Movie which was partly filmed in the great Serengeti plains, a must-see in your bucket list.
A picnic lunch with a spectacular view of the Tarangire River is a great way to suck it all in, you will need to have a sharp eye to keep your lunch away from the local monkeys.
Later on, take a deeper dive into the wild and have an opportunity to see lions, leopards, cape buffalo, and a large variety of antelopes.
After a spectacular day in Tarangire, you will retire to your selected accommodation for dinner and a good night sleep (baby lion sleep)

Day 2: EXPLORE THE SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Stop At: Serengeti National Park, Serengeti National Park
After breakfast head out on a game drive in Tarangire National Park. Return to the lodge for lunch before continuing your journey to the Serengeti with some game viewing en route. Marvel at the endless plains as you enjoy peace and tranquility resting on the deck of the Lodge, your accommodation for the next two nights.

Day 3: : EXPLORE THE SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Stop At: Serengeti National Park, Serengeti National Park
The next day, enjoy a morning and afternoon game drive in the famous and game-rich Serengeti National Park, searching for the Big 5 and other wildlife.

Day 4: Serengeti national park

Stop At: Serengeti National Park, Serengeti National Park
Leave the Serengeti behind and drive back through the Ngorongoro Conservancy, viewing game as you go. Arrive at the lodge located high on the rim of Ngorongoro Crater.

Day 5: DESCEND INTO THE NGORONGORO CRATER

Stop At: Ngorongoro Crater, Ngorongoro Conservation Area Tanzania
After an early breakfast the next morning, descend into the Crater in a safari vehicle for a spectacular morning game drive. The Crater has been declared a World Heritage Site, and is sometimes referred to as the world is biggest wildlife zoo, due to its high density of resident game. After lunch back at the lodge, you will have the option to visit a Maasai village where local people have maintained their traditional ways.

Day 6: Lake Manyara National Park

Stop At: Lake Manyara National Park, Lake Manyara National Park, Arusha Region
After breakfast you will depart from your accommodation to Manyara National Park. After a short summary about the Market you will proceed to Lake Manyara National Park home of tree climbing lions pleading to be photographed.
Bird lovers will find Lake Manyara is an absolute delight with a huge variety of birds on display, you will not only be amazed but also surprised by large flocks of flamingo and many other variety of birds as it’s a birding destination. The park is indeed a photographers playing field and provides some of the finest game view in the world.
You will then drive back to your own chosen location or accommodation for dinner and a good night sleep in Arusha
