Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive at Entebbe International Airport in Uganda

Stop At: Entebbe, Entebbe, Central Region
Arrive in Entebbe airport and meet your guide for a transfer to your hotel

Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi the Gorilla Forest

Stop At: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Western Region
Our journey continues to Bwindi through the beautifully placed Kigezi Highlands with nice terraces overlooking virunga volcanoes. You will know why the place is called ‘the Switzerland of Africa.

Day 3: Bwindi Mountain Gorilla Tracking experience

Stop At: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Western Region
Today, prepare yourself for an encounter with the amazing Mountain Gorillas.Bwindi Impenetrable Forest boasts both Mountain Gorillas and chimpanzees - the only forest in Africa which can make this claim in fact. It also hosts five other species of primate, 113 species of mammal, over 200 butterflies and 360 birds.
The gorilla tracking time is unpredictable, it is difficult to foresee how many hours you will actually hike. It may take 2 hours up to 5 hours or more and you should be prepared to walk long distance in steep and muddy conditions, sometimes with rain overhead, before you encounter any gorillas.

Day 4: Batwa trail experience

Stop At: Batwa Trail, Mgahinga Gorilla National Park Uganda
The Batwa Trail is is where Visitors will learn about the Batwa’s cultural heritage during this cultural encounter experience.
the Batwa demonstrate their unique cultural heritage through various activities and discussions, such as hunting and bamboo cup demonstrations. Medicinal plants and their usage are pointed out as well. Guests are finally invited to the sacred Ngarama Cave, once home to the Batwa King, where the women of the community perform a sorrowful song which echoes eerily around the depths of the dark cave, and leaves guests with a moving sense of the richness of this fading culture.

Day 5: Goldenomnkey Trekking mgahinga gorilla national park

Stop At: Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, Western Region
This morning, you will participate in another adventure tracking the "Little Primates" of the Virungas, the Golden Monkey (Cercopithecus Kandti), in the Mgahinga forest,We will have to keep an eye out for the buffalo, colobus monkey and the many bird species that inhabit the forest.

Day 6: Transfer to Entebbe airport

Stop At: Uganda Equator, Masaka Road, Kayabwe Uganda
Today after breakfast, we shall drive to Entebbe , crossing the Equator for a second time at Kayabwe and shoping for sovenieurs .
