Town of Pilsen became a natural centre of West Bohemia  since the time of its foundation in 1295.

I and the professional driver will pick you up at 8 am in a lobby of the hotel  you are located in. It takes approximately 1.5 hours to get to Plzen town from Prague by car. Minimum number of people for booking this tour is 2 persons. Entrance fees  are not included in the tour price. This tour takes 8 hours and is provided by A/C private car or minivan. Bottled water will be available for you in the car for free. 

Our first visit will be Pilsner Urquell Brewery and its special tour (costs 7 EUR). The tour takes 90 minutes and it is provided by the local Pilsner Urquell Beer Guide. The history of the Pilsner Urquell lager started in 1842.Taste of the Pilsner Urquell beer is included in the price.

we are going to visit the Gothic cathedral of St.Bartolomew, the most precious monument in the historical center. Its 102.26 meters tall tower (tallest in the Czech Republic) dominates the city center and offers a splendid view of the city´s environs. Pilsen´s Historical Underground, the origins of which date back to the 14th century. A tour of this labyrinth of passageways, cellars and wells, which is one of largest constructions of this kind in the Czech Republic, brings the medieval underground to life. You can taste the Master beer as part of the tour if you are above 18 years of age. Entrance fee is 4 EUR. The largest synagogue in the Czech Republic, second largest in Europe and third largest in the world, Great synagogue, built between 1888 and 1893 in the Moorisch-Romanesque style, testifies to the once prosperous and plentiful Jewish community of Pilsen. The interior boasts excellent acoustics and is used for concerts and exhibitions. Patton Memorial Pilsen (fee 2 EUR) is the only museum in the Czech Republic devoted to the U.S.Army. The exhibition maps the progress and sojourn of the U.S. Army in the territory of the former Czechoslovak State in 1945, as well as the post-war UNRA assistance granted to this country, and the totalitarian period in Czechoslovakia in 1948-1989.

After sightseeing we will have delicious Czech meal in a local Pilsner restaurant with a famous Pilner beer you will enjoy. Meal is not included in the tour price.
