Itinerary

San Miguel de Allende is the perfect setting for this amazing Taco Tasting, right in the heart of Centro. Having met at our venue, we will proceed to the roomy kitchen where the Tacos de Guisado tasting will commence. We will taste 4 different and unique Tacos, including al Pastor, Picadillo, Rajas con Crema, and Mole with Chicken. The tacos de guisado are always joined with mexican rice, beans, red and green sauce and guacamole. The most famous taco in the world, al pastor, is a dish developed in central Mexico that is based on shawarma spit-grilled meat brought by Lebanese immigrants to Mexico. We are always vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free friendly if that is an interest.
