Afternoon Sailing and Caves Tour from Portimao

Join this tour on a masted sailing vessel to show you the most beautiful coastline of the Algarve and its caves. The trip starts in the historical harbor of Portimão, towards South-East Coast, passing the fishing villages of Ferragudo, Benagil and Carvoeiro; beautiful beaches as Algar Seco, Vale Centianes, Marinha and Armação de Pêra. Along the trip will be visited the most beautiful caves such as Benagil and Alfanzina. With traditional cave boats we will explore the fascinating caves.

Itinerary

Stop At: Algar de Benagil, Cm1154 Praia de Benagil, Benagil, Lagoa 8400 Portugal

We start our trip in Portimão. At the lighthouse of Ferragudo we set our sails and cruise south-east along the coast line to the lighthouse of Alfanzina. Here we drop anchor for swim and you board on smaller boats to visit the caves described in Program 1 following the beaches of Carvalho, Benagil to Praia da Marinha. Then we will return to Portimão by engine power, passing close to the rocks, caves and beaches.
