Funky Guest House and Adventures invites you to join them on this amazing horse trekking trip. We operate in the Shqeria area which is a part of the Hotova National Park located near the Lengarica canyon and thermal waters - one of the most visited attractions in the south of Albania. A perfect place that is known for its traditional cuisine, hospitality, characteristic villages like Benja, Ogdunani, Delvine, Gostivisht with its stone houses, cobblestones, cold-water springs and old churches with amazing paintings. Based on the experience of the riders, they will choose the trail that you will follow, but the favorite is alongside the beautiful Lengarica canyon which is an old trail that used to connect several villages in the area during ancient times. On this trail, you will cross the stone bridge of Mixha and Babos dating back to the time of the Ottoman Empire where you will stop for a short break for some refreshment and snacks. This is a beautiful trail as you will pass gorgeous hills, breathtaking views, beautiful canyon, old ruins, and probably, come across sheep herds and goats. After the trip, you can enjoy the thermal baths, relax in the pools and explore the canyon.
