Cajón del Maipo in the Santiago Metropolitan Region is a place where geography allows us to enter the interior of the Andes and surprise us with the beauty of the second largest mountain range in the world. We will follow the Maipo River bed and discover settlements from the colony times that live at the foot of the mountain resisting the passage of time. On sunny days, we will be able to see the imposing San José Volcano, which quietly sleeps taking care of the valley. Walking we will meet a waterfall formed by the melting of the eternal Andean glaciers.
