Autumn Husky Sit and Drive Cart Tour from Kiruna

Snowless dog driving! Why limit the fun to when we have snow when you can try driving dogs with a cart in the autumn! We offer a sit and drive combo tour by cart. You get to try both sitting on a cart and driving the cart together with a friend or partner. You can help to harness the dogs before we head out. We are out driving in our forest trails for approx 45 min. After returning you can help feed them and unharness them before returning them to their yards. We also have a cup of tea and coffee by the fire and a cinnamon roll. Of course no tour would be complete without a kennel visit and meeting the next generation...

Pick up is either at 10:00 or 14:00 at Camp Ripan hotel, Tourist information office in central Kiruna or Icehotel. Other times will have to be agreed. After pick up we drive to our kennel which is approx 45 kms from Kiruna. Once at the kennel we give you some instructions before harnessing the dogs. We then head off onto our forest trails in the near area. Half way we stop to swap over and give the dogs some water. When we finish the ride after about 45 minutes we unharness the dogs and you can help feed them as well. We can then enjoy a cup of tea or coffee by the fire and a cinnamon roll while you can ask questions to the guide. After a kennel visit and meeting the puppies we drive you back to Kiruna.
