Balinese cooking experience takes place at The Kumbuh Restaurant and start at11.00 AM for the Lunch or start at 17.00 for the dinner.

For approximately one and half hours, our chef will share his secret dish recipes, and this is followed by your memorable luncheon or dinner at Our open lounge deck. Take home our secret recipe as our gift and impress your family & friends with your Balinese cooking skills.

Sample Menu

• Siap Sambal Matah or Tuna Sambal Matah - Pan Seared marinated chicken breast or Tuna with coriander seed. Top with sambal matah , dice cucumber and tomato
• Sate Lilit - Minced chicken / Tuna fillet mixed with Balinese paste, grated coconut, wrap it around the bamboo served with steamed rice

• Pisang Rai - Boiled banana with flour dough and served with palm sugar syrup and grated coconut
