we will stop before to the balsamic vinegar building where they will see the famous "caratelli", then we will proceed in the vineyards to show and explain the organic farming against convetional one

Then we will go to the winery where they will see all the chain of production from pressing machine to bottling machine and we will explain the real organic winemaking. Following they will have a guided tasting of 5 organic wines and our balsamic vinegar paired with bruschette, a selection of local cheeses and salami and homemade biscotti
