Visit of the guided cellar: history, vinification in steel tanks, aging in wood in the Barricaia and bottling.
The modern tasting room welcomes you with a beautiful wooden table, ready for you to sit and taste the wines.
The tasting includes the Diego Pressenda selection: Nebbiolo d'Alba Il Donato, Barolo Barbadelchi, Barolo Bricco San Pietro. Three different wines but obtained from the vinification of Nebbiolo grapes ... three different vineyards, exposure, altitude; three tastings and different scents.
The tasting will be accompanied by a platter of cold cuts and typical cheeses.
You will take home a bottle of Barolo "Barbadelchi".
