Chinese Kung Fu 功夫 is a distinctive part of traditional Chinese culture with a long history and great popularity. Most of people may have become acquainted to Chinese Kong Fu through world-renowned Kung Fu movie stars like Bruce Lee, Jet Li and Jackie Chan, or through action cinema like Kung Fu Panda.
For the Chinese, Kong Fu means much more than a system of fighting techniques. Aside from its function in offense & defense, Kung Fu has a considerable role to play in moral cultivation, body building, and aesthetic appreciation.

- Kung Fu five stance fist form
- joint-locking techniques
- self-defend techniques

Practitioners will be instructed to learn fundamental Kung Fu gestures and simple form , as well as the combat self defend techniques.
