on this drive by sightseeing historic tour of Belize city. we will see the memorial tomb and lighthouse of our benefactor , the colonial houses, the memorial park, banks, churches , clinics, hospitals, schools and businesses. the vehicle will go slowly thru the streets as we look at the historic city, houses, flowering plants, birds and people.

the informative guide will share information on the cultures and history of the colonial city and its people. a 45 minute stop will be at the rum factory to see the historical part then its time to taste the local flavors of Rum. here we continue to the port terminals.

Stop At: Belize Sign, Belize City, Belize

onboard the minibus the guide shares the history and culture of Belize City. How geological events, natural forces, slavery, emancipation, colonialism, world wars, sugar, timber, chicle, rum and Independence is shaping this little city.  Showing the highlights of our colonial past and stopping along the route for photo moments of the BELIZE sign, the Baron Bliss Lighthouse, the old colonial neighborhood, the Memoriall Park, the place where the famous aviator Charles Lindberg landed,  the modern day neighborhoods, flowering trees, the business areas, clinics and hospitals, V.i.P. homes and stopping to visit the Heritage center Rum Museum, taking some time to taste the flavors of Belizean Rum before returning to the port.
