Bharatnatyam classical dance experience in Chennai

Bharatnatyam Dance Experience is a half-day dance tour where guests get to experience how this ancient Indian dance form is taught. In this tour, a well-accomplished dancer will bring alive this magical dance form through mythology, gestures and expressions. This is an all-inclusive tour where we take care of pick up and drop as well.

4PM- Hotel pick up

430PM- Bharatanatyam is a unique ancient art from the temples of Tamil Nadu. Our instructor will introduce this dance form through mythical stories and spiritual ideas. Guests will learn the language, concepts, and history of this dance form.

This is followed by a demonstration of how an eclectic mix of actions, footwork and hand gestures can represent anything from everyday objects and animals to emotions.  Eye movements convey the meaning facial expressions capture the essence of the narrative. It will be a fascinating experience to see how a story can be told through a dance form using expressions and emotions. You will leave the tour with a much better appreciation and understanding of this ancient dance form.
