We will visit one of the most important dairies in the Cagliari area, recognized for the quality and variety of its products, which have allowed it to receive various prizes and awards at national and international competitions. I will tell you the story of the founder of the dairy and his innovative ideas. We will see all the production phases of some of the most famous cheeses, we will understand how delicious products are obtained from milk. We will visit all the large production halls including the warehouse, where thousands of cheeses are kept. To carry out the tour you will be provided with special protection material to guarantee compliance with the hygiene and health standards (gown, shoe cover, cap and mask). Once the tour is over we can relax in the large and airy tasting room where we can taste different types of cheeses paired with an excellent glass of wine (the choice between a white or a red one). The experience will end with the cheese workshop, i.e. you will prepare with your hands and under the guidance of a cheesemaker a fresh cheese that you can take home.
