Upon arrival at the Cancun Airport, they will be waiting for you with a Banner printed with the name of the reservation holder, at the corresponding airline terminal after the plane lands. Once contacted you will be provided with the transportation service to your Hotel or reserved Accommodation, the transfer time will depend on how far the Hotel is from the Airport. If they have Departure service, they will be picked up at the Lobby of the Hotel or Reserved Accommodation, giving them a pick-up schedule according to the departure time of the flight and the remoteness of the Hotel or establishment.
