Start scenic walk heading north-east of Kathmandu valley rim with short morning drive to reach east past Bouddhanath Stupa area to reach Sundarijal which is about 15 k.m. distance from the city.

From here climb past farm villages, with views of waterfalls to reach at Shivapuri National Park, and then into forest and walk within farm villages to reach at high Chisapani located on high hills of Kathmandu valley with cool mountain air at the height of 2, 175 m offers views of Annapurna-Manaslu-Ganesh Himal, Langtang Himal and extends as far towards Jugal Himal includes views of Kathmandu valley, a great spot for stunning sunrise and sunset views if staying for overnight stop.
