Cocktail & Chocolate Masterclass

Become your own mixologist whilst pairing cocktails and chocolates to find out how to mix and balance flavours together. This event is lead by our own experienced guide who will talk about cocktail mixing methods as well as the history and manufacturing processes of chocolate.

Itinerary

Looking for something fun to do with your friends for an hour? Why not try our Cocktail & Chocolate Masterclass. You make and taste cocktails whilst learning about flavour balance and pairing them with scrumptious chocolates in our Cocktails and Chocolate Pairing.

In this hour event, we pair a tasting selection of cocktails with six of our premium handmade chocolates. The cocktails are made in front of you (who knows, you may even be making one of them!) showing the flavours and ingredients used in their production.

With each of the cocktails we pair chocolates, truffles or pralines to show you how chocolates and cocktails together can enhance each of the other flavours. We talk about how the chocolates are made and the individual flavour notes of each of the chocolates.

At the end of the session you have a take home recipe booklet to try to recreate your favourite cocktails at home.
