Itinerary

We'll welcome you with a delicious cup of coffee at Phin Coffee. As you sip and enjoy, we're introduce you to Vietnamese coffee beans and the special kind of green beans we have in our roastery. After that, you'll witness first-hand the processes involved in roasting coffee. Watch how these coffee green beans change in color from green to yellow, light brown to dark brown. You'll also learn about the different roasting profiles – light roast, medium roast and dark roast – and which brewing methods will create the best results.
After the roast, we'll taste this freshly roasted coffee using the traditional Vietnamese dripping method. Enjoy the flavors, savor the freshness, and discuss what you've learned. A truly special experience for coffee connoisseurs and newbies alike. Have a side of Vietnamese culture served with your coffee and bring all the lessons you've learned home.
