Ethiopia is The Origin of Coffee. Abyssinia, now Ethiopia, is the original home of the coffee (arabica) plant. Kaffa, the province in the south-western highlands where they first bloomed, gave its name to coffee. The formal cultivation and use of coffee as a beverage began early in the 9th century.

Day 1: Drive to Jimma via Woliso from Addis Ababa

Stop At: Jimma, Jimma, Oromiya Region
Early we depart from Addis Ababa to Jimma En route you will visit the interesting Gurage people village, after arrival in Jimma Watching Jima area coffee farms and coffee union then testing the best coffee.

Day 2: Journey to Keffa, the origin of Arabica Coffee

Stop At: Keficho Shekicho, Ethiopia
Visiting Keffa area coffee farms and coffee union then testing the best coffee this place is the origin of coffee Arabica then drive back to Jimma.

Day 3: Day trip to the largest coffee farm in Ethiopia, Bebeka

Stop At: Keficho Shekicho, Ethiopia
Visiting Bebeka area coffee farms which is the largest coffee farm in Ethiopia, testing the best coffee, drive back to Jima.

Day 4: Drive to Hawassa via Sodo

Stop At: Awasa, Awasa, Southern Nations, Nationalities, and People's Region
On the way Watching the evergreen area coffee farms and other farms.

Day 5: Travel to Yirga Cheffe

Stop At: Yirga Chefe, Ethiopia
Drive to Yirga cheffe area visiting coffee farms and coffee union then testing the best coffee proceed driving to Yirgalem town.

Day 6: Day Excursion to Aleta Wendo

Stop At: Aleta Wendo, Aleta Wendo, Southern Nations, Nationalities, and People's Region
Visiting Aleta Wendo area coffee farms and coffee union then testing the best coffee, drive back to Yirgalem.

Day 7: Return drive to Addis Ababa-Departure

Stop At: Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa
Drive back to Addis Ababa we make a stop at Ziway for lunch then proceed driving. if you arrive earlier than expected, you will have the chance to visit the Ethiopian commodity exchange (ECX) then you will attend our farewell party at cultural restaurant with the traditional dance.
