Even if you are on island for the day or a few weeks, this class will make you feel like a local as you learn how to cook an authentic dish in a Barbadian kitchen setting while being given all the inside scoop re spices, seasonings, special preparation to ensure you can replicate the dish once back home.

Have you wondered what it would be like to prepare and cook an authentic Bajan meal from scratch? Well, wonder no more – we can make that dream a reality.

An intimate group of no more than ten persons will be given step by step guidance by a local chef on the preparation, cooking and presentation of a Bajan favourite, Bajan style at an approved kitchen.

You then get to sit back, relax and relish the taste and flavour of your very own Bajan dish. The memories of this Bajan cooking class will be priceless.
