The participants will be picked up at the hotel to discuss with the chef the program.
+ Chef will guide you to Local Market, to select the ingredients for cooking and understanding the Khmer local market, tasting some of the street food and dessert.
+ Arrival back in the POU Restaurant where refreshing drinks and cold towels are waiting for you.
+ Chef will provide the instruction and explains the ingredients used for cooking; including a demonstration of the dishes that you will prepare.
+ Time to put your hands on cooking: each participant has his/her own table and stove. Assisted by our chef, you will learn and experience the culinary technique of Khmer Cuisine including starter, main course, and dessert.
+ Lunchtime: Now you can taste and enjoy your own culinary discovery.
