Cooking Class

Come have a great experience learning hands on, on how we make our traditional Alcatra dish, and bread

We will teach you at a beautiful site, outdoors

Then we eat what we made, accompanied buy our local cheeses, wines, beer, water, and a famous desert.

We pick you up at 10:30am at your Hotel or place of stay, we then go to the outdoor place where we will have the cooking class, we start preparing the bread, and then we prepare the Alcatra dishes, meanwhile we eat some local cheeses, breads, and wine, beer, water of your choice, we then cook some local sausages, and linguiças to start nibbling on it while the food is cooking, we can have some board games or you can take a walk thru the park with your wine and enjoy the beauty of nature, when the food is ready we seat down to eat what we just cooked. Afterwards we bring you to the Hotel, the duration can vary a little ,but most likely 6 to 7 hours, so it will be a day full of fun.
