A unique experience, surrounded by the warm and cordial atmosphere of a family born and raised in Bologna, where you will learn to make the classic first courses of typical Bolognese cuisine and you can also sit at the table tasting the creations you have created. It will be a unique experience, like being back in time and entering our "zdoure" homes, creating together with them what for years has made extraordinary and famous in the world everything related to the food of Bologna

Together we will do a workshop dedicated to the typical fresh Bolognese pasta, creating the three most popular typical dishes: tagliatelle, tortelloni and tortellini

• Tortellini in broth - Tortellini in broth open your tasting lunch or dinner
• Tagliatelle with ragu - After the tortellini in brodo your tasting continues with the mythical tagliatelle with ragu
• Tortelloni with butter and sage - The third dish of your tasting is the classic tortelloni from Bologna also called Balanzoni
