• Back to the restaurant and coffee break
• Consignment of Apron, embroidered with our logo and start of the course
• Home Made Bread & Pasta preparation
• After Bread Cooking, Tasting of different types of Bread, Cheese and Salami with Sicilian Wines
• Typical Sicilian Dishes preparation, followed by the Chefs help and by our staff
• Lunch with more or less 12-15 dishes, cooked by attendees of our course with the help of our Chef
