Once at the restaurant, relax for a moment with a cup of coffee or a cappuccino with the chef before putting on an apron and exploring the herb garden behind the restaurant. The hands-on cooking lesson begins at 10:30 AM and focuses on creating homemade fresh pasta, packed with ingredients of the day, as well as risotto, tagliatelle, gnocchi, and a different dessert every day. Enjoy your lunch on the terrace after the class, weather permitting.
Chef Luigi will send you off with a bottle of homegrown olive oil, an apron, a diploma of participation, as well as an English-language recipe book focusing on dishes typical to the region. Your class will end at 2:30 PM when Chef Luigi returns you to Bellagio town or your hotel by private van with all of your culinary souvenirs.
