Your companion Chef “ouliya” will meet you before taking you to his family in their typical Moroccan home located in a less touristy area of the city of Fes, 10 minutes cab drive from the old Medina. “ouliya” will provide you with all kinds of explanations of ingredients, traditions and customs from the moroccan food culture. You will be accompanied throughout this experience in order to familiarize with the techniques of Moroccan gastronomy and the presentation of gourmet plates. At the end of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to taste the dishes you’ve prepared, served with love and hospitality, before receiving a certificate of success around a friendly and joyful Moroccan tea.
