• How To make home made pasta in different size and shapes (tagliatelle, spagheti or stuffed pasta ravioli)
• How to make Neapolitan Polpette (Meatballs)
• How To Mek tiramisù (desserts)
The second menu (120€/person) consist in:
• Hot to do the "Gnocchi ai frutti di mare" (potato gbocchi with fish)
• How to do the "parmigiana di melanzane" (in white version)
• How to make Tiramisù or torta caprese (dessert)
In both menu are included drinks and a excellent wine.
