Cooking School by Chef Carmen: Cooking Class in Sorrento

Hands on cooking class in Sorrento. 3 dishes included fresh pasta making, main course and meat, fish or vegetable.  The class can be done at 9.00 am followed by lunch or 3.00 pm followed by dinner. 3 hours hands on experience, be prepared to have fun!

Cooking in Sorrento with Chef Carmen will be an amazing experience. You will enjoy your cooking experience drinking wine, singing and learning about Italian authentic food. All classes are hands on, really informative and fun. Please come and try the fun experience of learning to cook Italian traditional recipes. 

Included in the 3 dishes class will be:
• pasta making
• meat or fish
• local dessert
• wine, prosecco, limoncello

There is also the possibility to buy chef Carmen's cookbook, shirts, apron or shopping bag. Carmen is a talented English speaking chef trained for 15 years. She has been a chef in a small luxury boutique hotel for long time and her passion comes from her mother Titina, who was a cook for many years.

The cooking class can be done at:
• 9.00 am followed by lunch and the cooking section will be finish at 12.00 am
• 3.00 pm followed by dinner and the cooking section will be finish at 6.00 pm
