We will participate in the process of starting the mesquite charcoal grill to cook 2 of our emblematic casserole casseroles, “La Soberbia” (Portobello mushrooms) and “La Lujuria” (chicken); We will also learn to use a traditional molcajete to make sauce with roasted tomatoes, we will also make corn tortillas in a traditional way (by hand) and we will end up baking a delicious Cornbread. The experience includes drinks (water, wine, beer) and at the end we sit down to enjoy the food we prepare.
