This tour takes us to the depths of the interior of Portugal showing us the essence of the Alentejo region. We will start by visiting the cork factory to learn about the tree that give us the cork and the production process with its innumerous applications. After that we are going to the medieval town of Évora in search of the petrifying Chapel of Bones, which is part of the Gothic church of San Francisco. Later we will have the opportunity to see one of the buildings that survived the passage of time from the legacy left by the Romans and we will take a short stroll through the historic squares of the city.
For lunch we will have a picnic with regional products accompanied by a wine tasting. It will be the perfect way to get to know not only the gastronomy of the region but also its smoothness.

The pic nic lunch its a lovely idea to combine with the wine tasting but its optional, if the group prefers we can have lunch in a traditional portuguese restaurant in the medieval town of Évora.
