One of 3 certified organic wineries in Israel, we will hear from the winemaker about how and why he makes his wines, tour the winery and of course, taste their products.

Stop At: Ein Camonim, עין כמונים, Israel

A family run, international award winning goat's cheese dairy. Besides tasting their great cheeses, we will hear an explanation about the family run farm and the general area

Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes

Stop At: Deir Hanna, Israel

We will visit a traditional flour and bulgar wheat mill, taste fresh, wood-oven baked pitta bread and then visit Israel's oldest olive trees.
