Explore the wide range of stunning crafts and arts such leatherwork, brass etching, woodcarving,  silk weaving, wood painting, pottery making, colourful embroidery, hand-stitched kaftans, hand-loomed carpets, finely woven cotton and silk scarves. Visit the medieval Chaouwara Tanneries, where leather is treated, dyed and dried in a process that has never changed for hundreds of years. Visit Foundoks where artisans use wool, cotton, and natural silk to craft material for colorful Djellabas, scarves, turbans, and bed covers; the dyers’ street, where artisans dip strands of cactus silk into  buckets of natural dyes. visit the coppersmiths of Seffarine Square,where the sound of hammers pummeling away at metal is never-ending.
