Itinerary

Day 1: Transfer to Akagera National Park

Stop At: Akagera National Park, Akagera National Park, Eastern Province
Day1: Transfer to Akagera National Park and do Night game drive or
Today after breakfast, your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Kigali and transfer you to Akagera National park. You will get to your lodge in the park in time for check-in and lunch. In the evening you will have 2 options to choose from:
1. Go for your first game drive (Night Game Drive is most exciting as you venture out with spotlights to see the creatures of the night found in Akagera National Park. A nocturnal drive through Akagera Park is quite different from the day – at night there is a good opportunity to see the predators on the prowl looking for dinner.)

You will go for sunset Boat ride (you will spend an hour on this lake as you visit an island full of birds, while you pass the hippos and crocodile) in the park. You will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight Journey.

Today morning, you will wake up early and you will have 2 options to choose from:
1. Sunrise game Drive where you will be looking out for the early riser’s lions, elephants, buffalo, hyenas and the different antelopes that graze freely in the park.Meal plan: Lunch and breakfast
