The Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino was founded on February 2, 1608 by the canon of the Cathedral of Santa Marta Francisco de Godoy and Courtesy with the name of "La Florida San Pedro Alejandrino"; in memory of the Spanish martyr Pedro Godoy.
Today it is one of the most important tourist attractions in the city of Santa Marta
