You will start your tour with visiting the further point, the temple of KomOmbo, the double temple dedicated to god Sobek, the crocodile god, and god Haroeris, Horus the Elder, the 10 falcon god, the temple has two identical sections starting from the entrance till the sanctuary. The temple is situated on a plateau overlooking the Nile and it is built of local sandstone.
