Day Trip to Humantay Lake Small Group Trekking Tour

This 1-day trekking tour to the Humantay lake is one of the most beautiful tours in all of Cusco. Together with your local guide, you will hike for around 1.5 - 2 hours until reaching the crystal-clear lake located at 4200m above sea level. In comparison to other agencies, we leave Cusco early so that we will get to the lake as one of the first groups. Also, we stay for around one hour so you can take the best photos of the the lake and its incredible snow-capped mountain in the background. The only time you see large tourist groups is when descending, that's guaranteed. Get to know one of the most beautiful sights close to Cusco in a small group of 2-8 people!

Itinerary
This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Humantay Lake, Cusco 08002 Peru

3:30 am: Pick-up from your hotel in Cusco

5:35 am: Breakfast with an incredible view over the valley

7:40 am: Arrival at parking lot + Briefing

10:10 am: Visit of the Humantay Lake and diverse lookouts

11:20 am: Head back to the car

1:50 pm: Lunch in local restaurant or box lunch to go (this depends on the time we get to the restaurant. If there is enough time, we'll have lunch there but if not we'll take a box lunch to go. As of now, there is a roadblock on the way and if we get to it too late we'd have to wait 3 hours until they open the road again. This is totally out of our control and we hope you understand).
