It takes 777 steps to reach the top of the mountain. After climbing the mountain, you will visit the well-known monastery, which is home of the spirits called "Nats", but also be rewarded by the magnificent views of the surrounding National park.

Stop At: Mount Popa, Kyauk Padaung Road, Popa Myanmar

You get picked up after breakfast at your hotel in Bagan to drive to Mount Popa. Upon arrival, you will be surprised about a large number of monkeys jumping and crossing your walkway, while climbing up the 777 steps to the top of the mountain. Take a walk around the monastery and enjoy the beauty of the panorama surrounding the National park of Mount Popa.

After sightseeing, you will head back to Bagan. On the way, you visit a workshop that makes products made out of materials from palm trees.
