Day trip to Timisoara, departure from Szeged

We drive across the border to Romania and we arrive in Timisoara in about 2 hours. We start the chronological tour of this beautiful city. The pas of this city it's hot a bit of everything: Hungarian Hungdom, Ottoman Empire, Habsburg Empire, Romanian Kingdom and Communism.

We'll visit the most important sights in the city center but also 2 of the old neighborhoods: Fabrik and Josefvaros. We'll se where the Revolution against Communism started back in 1989.

We'll visit catholic, orthodox churches and we'll see also beautiful synagogues.

Time for lunch

Drive back to Szeged at the end of a beautiful day.
