Birdwatching Tour in Monteverde at 6 AM with Entrance Fees and Breakfast

El Bosque Trails is the only park in Monteverde that opens at 6 am.
And this is the best time for birding because that's when birds are going coming out to start their day.

At El Bosque, the grounds are beautiful and the location is great for birding, especially on the gardens where the forest is younger and lower. So you will spot many bird species without walking too much.

Tour groups are very small so you will see more and learn more, and with your tour guide and his spotting scope you will be taking some amazing pictures to bring back home.

And when you finish the tour, you can ask for a map to come back the next morning to do more birding on your own and/or to explore the beautiful trail system at NO ADDITIONAL COST.

Itinerary

First we will start with a small introduction where you will meet your tour guide.

Next, you will explore the gardens of the property where the forest is younger and lower. This is where you can easily spend up to three hours finding as many as 30 birds species singing and flying around. The grounds are really beautiful so you will probably find yourself taking many pictures along the way.

Finally, you will head back to reception to wrap things up with delicious breakfast.
This is where you can ask for a map to stay after the tour or to come back the next morning to do more birding on your own and/or to explore the beautiful trail system at NO ADDITIONAL COST.
