Stop At: Krushuna Waterfalls, ул. Крушунски водопад 25, 5561 Krushuna, Bulgaria

Our tour begins with a visit to Krushuna Waterfalls, a natural phenomenon near Lovech. The falls are among the biggest cascades in the country, dropping at a height of 20m. The eco path is equipped with bridges and stairs so that visitors can reach viewing platforms both beneath and above the falls amongst the mossy, limestone rocks.

Stop At: Devetashka Cave, 5555 Devetaki, Bulgaria

We continue our trip to Devetash Cave, 18 km from Lovech. It is the biggest among another 60 caves on the Devetash Plateau.

The Hisarya Fortress - one of Bulgaria's few remaining Ottoman citadels - overlooks Lovech from a steep hill. It was built during the First Bulgarian Empire (681-1018 CE).

Stop At: The Covered Bridge, Osam River, Lovech 5500 Bulgaria

The symbol of Lovech is the Covered Bridge that spans the Osam River, connecting the old and new quarters. It was built in 1872-1874.
