Explore Mare Aux Cochons Trail

By choosing the Mare aux Cochons trail, clients will have the chance to indulge in nature and discover the fauna and flora of Seychelles. You will discover spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg, coffee plants, endemic palms of the Seychelles amongst variety of endemic, indigenous and imported plants. The 'Mare aux Cochons' is a protected high altitude wetland with huge pandanus.
A panoramic view of Beau Vallon and Belombre can be enjoyed within 30 - 45 minutes of the start of the trail. Clients will enjoy a view of Therese and Conception island whilst making our descent towards Port Glaud village.

Stop At: Mare aux Cochons Trail, Chemin Le Niol, Beau Vallon, Mahe Island Seychelles

Clients will be picked up from their hotel and transported to the Le Niole road, where we will start our journey to discover the Mare aux Cochons trail located in the Morne Seychellois national park. Mar aux cochons is one of the most important high altitude wetland on Mahe island and the trail to the wetland allows explorers to discover the flora and fauna of Seychelles with a sense of adventure.

Stop At: Spiaggia di Port Launay, Port Glaud, Isola di Mahe, Seychelles, Port Glaud, Mahe Island Port Launay,Port Glaud,Mahe Seychelles

As we end the hike, we will arrive at the village called Port Glaud and walk for about 10 more minutes to arrive at the Port Launay beach where clients will have time to relax and swim in the calm waters of Port Launay before we drive back to clkents' hotel.
