Our next location will be Bodbe Monastery, where our guides will tell about Georgia’s religion. Then we will see Sighnaghi great wall, one of the most biggest walls in the world. After the tour, that is full of Georgian history you will have lunch in Georgian traditional family type restaurant, where you will taste delicious food with the view on Caucasus mountain. Stop At: Sighnaghi Wall, Sighnaghi, Georgia

Due to its special and unique architecture and natural location Sighnaghi, pearl of Kakheti region (110km from Tbilisi), is one of the most beautiful small towns in Georgia. Built 790 meters above the sea level, it overlooks the most beautiful landscape of Alazani Valley and Caucasus Mountains. It was recently restored under government project but 200-year old view is still preserved. The wall, houses built with Georgian bricks, wooden fretwork balconies, cobblestone pavements, wine cellars, basements and of course the inimitable views produce an unforgettable impression upon the visitors of the town.

The Monastery of St. Nino at Bodbe is a Georgian Orthodox monastic complex and the seat of the Bishops of Bodbe located 2 km from the town of Sighnaghi, Kakheti, Georgia. Originally built in the 9th century, it has been significantly remodeled, especially in the 17th century.
