Foddie tour in Palma de Mallorca

Let us take you on a 3 hour gastronomy tour in the authentic Palma, with different stops to try local delicacies and  learn about the history of the city and Mallorca´s gastronomy.

Tour around old town area

Our tour starts by the monumental area where the maginificent Cathedral, old walls and Almudaina palace are. After learning about these places, we will head to our first foodie stop, at a little hidden corner where we will learn curious facts as we try and taste local confectionary

Then we will walk passing the old Jewish quarter, cobbled streets, stunning gothic patios while we learn how the locals live in this part of the city, and how the city´s history has influenced its gastronomy. The tour lasts 4 hours and we will be walking passing many interesting sights such as:
• the monumental area
• the municipal market where we will learn about the local vegetables and fish (note it opens from 9-14)
• the old fishermen area, nowadays a very popular tapas area and where we will learn about this culture

During the tour, we will make different detours as we learn about the city, and to we enjoy small bites of typical products such as confectionary, local cold meats, digestif liqueurs... and a longer stop for a tapa and a drink.

With a maximim of 10 people per tour, we can assure personal attention and a great experience.
