The tour starts from Naples Central Train Station to go upon the Vesuvio.
We will be going up to 3000 feet upon the volcano Mount Vesuvio to climb its crater. You will have 2/3 hours to explore this magnificent volcano. Despite its violent history of eruptions, Mount Vesuvius still offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area, which is a national park. Mt. Vesuvius’ eruption in AD79 buried the cities of both Pompeii and Ercolano beneath ashes, mud, and lava. This is a wonderful trip up the stratovolcano, allowing tourists to absorb the natural scenery and history. during your stay on the Vesuvius, you can also include lunch in a restaurant to taste the Neapolitan pizza overlooking the Bay of Naples.
